Apple Standard EULA

If you obtained ASOFlow from the Mac App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA).

The Standard EULA governs the software license for the Mac App Store version. These ASOFlow Terms describe the app and its optional online services alongside that license. If these Terms conflict with the applicable Apple Standard EULA, the Standard EULA applies to the extent of that conflict. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights.

Authorized use

Use ASOFlow only for apps and content you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the metadata, API permissions and content you choose to send to Apple or an AI service. Do not use the service to infringe rights, submit unlawful content, interfere with systems or bypass access and usage limits.

Your review and confirmation

ASOFlow helps you edit, validate, translate and review App Store metadata. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a market. Review factual claims, translations, keywords, intellectual-property rights and Apple requirements before approving or saving content.

AI results are suggestions. Metadata writes require your explicit confirmation of a current preview. Keep appropriate backups and check operation results, especially after connection errors. ASOFlow does not guarantee App Store approval, search rankings, downloads or commercial results.

Third-party services

App Store Connect operations depend on Apple, your API permissions and the selected app’s status. AI depends on the ASOFlow backend and its model provider, currently DeepSeek. Availability, limits and capabilities may change. The Privacy Policy describes the information sent for these functions.

In supported versions, ASOFlow can manage screenshots and review details, associate an eligible uploaded build and submit the selected app version for Apple review after a separate preview and explicit confirmation. ASOFlow does not upload build binaries or automatically release apps. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

Manual features and AI usage

Manual editing and syncing remain free. Optional Pro AI features require verified service access and available allowance. The app’s paywall shows the included allowance before purchase; Membership shows the service-confirmed balance. AI calls reset each UTC calendar month, unused calls do not roll over, and annual plans receive the allowance monthly. Supported AI tasks share the applicable allowance; a batch can use multiple calls.

Service authorization, rate limits and the server usage ledger apply. An uncertain request outcome may consume allowance. Check the existing result before retrying; reinstalling does not reset service usage.

Pro subscriptions

Monthly and yearly auto-renewable plans include the same Pro features. Review the current price, billing period and included allowance in the app before purchase. Available products and prices depend on Apple and your region. This website does not offer a separate checkout or a fixed allowance promise.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings, including through Manage subscription in the app. Use Restore Purchases to restore an existing purchase. Apple handles billing and refund requests. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

A transaction awaiting service verification may already have been charged. Do not purchase again to retry verification; use retry verification or restore and contact support if needed. Deleting app data or requesting service-data deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Your content

You retain your rights in content you provide. Requested processing requires permission to transmit and process that content for the selected operation. ASOFlow does not obtain ownership of your metadata.

Availability and applicable rights

The app and online services may be updated or interrupted for maintenance, security or third-party changes. Local drafts and the offline sample provide separate local workflows, but online operations require connectivity.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer or other statutory rights that apply to you. These terms do not create a guarantee of uninterrupted service or a particular business outcome.
